OTTAWA, ON – The Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League (EOJHL) is pleased to announce that Ottawa Junior Canadians forward Tyler Smith has advanced to the next level, signing with the Nepean Raiders of the Central Canada Hockey League (CCHL).
The 2006 born Navan, ON native totaled 21 points (9G, 12A) in 27 combined regular season and playoff games with the Junior Canadians in 2023-24. He also spent time playing for St. Peter High School where he put up a whopping 30 points (12G, 18A) in just 10 games.
Prior to his time in the junior ranks, Smith spent time with the Eastern Ontario Wild AAA and Rockland Nationals U18AAA programs.
Smith is a product of the Cumberland Minor Hockey Association.
