Ottawa, ON – Two games of EOJHL Playoffs Wild Card round action on Saturday saw victories from the Smiths Falls Jr Bears and Glengarry Brigade.

Smiths Falls 4 Carleton Place 2 (SF leads Best-of-five Series 1-0)
Smiths Falls had goals from Lior Buchler, Caleb Bourne, Nico Ilias, and Lucas Cameron, while Warren Halpenny made 37-saves for the victory. Carleton Place had goals from William McCulligh and Zach LaPier, while Charlie Larocque finished with 32-saves in the losing effort.
Glengarry 5 Embrun 2 (Best-of-five Series tied 1-1)
Glengarry goal scorers were Evan Bothwell, Manny Benoit, Matheason Cameron, Nolan MacMillan, and Derek Larocque, while Maxime Mayer made 25-saves in the victory. Embrun had goals from Wyatt Leblanc and Yanick Blanchard, while Tristan Trudel made 28-saves in the loss.
