Ottawa, Ontario – The Ottawa Jr. Canadians defeated the Ottawa West Golden Knights 8-2 on Tuesday night at the Earl Armstrong Arena.
The Jr. Canadians take a 2-1 series lead over the Golden Knights, and have won back-to-back meetings against them. Since the 2015-16 season, Ottawa West is 9-7 against them.
Nicolas Seguin (2G/1A) and Raphael Lecours (1G/2A) each had three points in the win. Seven of their 18 skaters found the score sheet in the win. They’ve now won nine straight games.
Ottawa West’s losing streak goes to three games with the loss. Andrew MacKinnon scored his second of the season and Max Bush netted his 14th.
