Ottawa, ON – The Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League (EOJHL) is proud to recognize Mathieu Cloutier of the Casselman Vikings as the Week 19 Source for Sports Player of the Week.
The 2005-born forward from Embrun, Ontario, delivered an outstanding performance last week, totaling 7 points (4G, 3A) in three consecutive victories for the Vikings. Cloutier made an impact in every situation, scoring a power-play goal in Casselman’s win over the Ottawa Jr. Canadians, a shorthanded game-winning goal in their victory over the Glengarry Brigade, and then adding two goals and two assists in the Vikings’ win over the Winchester Hawks.
Cloutier’s ability to contribute offensively in all facets of the game played a key role in Casselman’s perfect week, as he continues to be a consistent difference-maker for the Vikings.
