Ottawa, ON – The Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League (EOJHL) is proud to recognize Maxime Mayer of the Glengarry Brigade as the Week 8 Source for Sports Player of the Week.
The 2005-born goaltender from L’Orignal, Ontario, was outstanding in the crease, posting a 2-0-0-0 record with a .958 save percentage while making 69 saves. Mayer’s stellar play helped the Brigade earn victories over the Ottawa West Golden Knights and Athens Aeros.
Mayer continues to be a steady and reliable presence for Glengarry, coming up with key saves in crucial moments to backstop his team to success.
