OTTAWA, ON – The Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League is pleased to announce that Matheason Cameron from the Glengarry Brigade is the Week 9 Source for Sports Player of the Week.
The 2006 born South Glengarry, ON native tallied 3 goals and added 2 assists in two games last week as he helped the Brigade to 4 out of 4 points.
Although held scoreless in the Brigade’s road victory over Ottawa West on Thursday, he provided a ton of problems for the Golden Knights and created time and space for his teammates throughout the game.
Friday night would be a different story, as Cameron was involved on all five of the Glengarry goals with a hat-trick and two assists in their 5-3 home victory over the Arnprior Packers.
