Ottawa, ON – Five games across the EOJHL region Friday saw victories from Renfrew, Smiths Falls, Athens, Carleton Place, and Casselman.

Renfrew 2 Arnprior 1

Renfrew had goals from Brandt Whitelaw and Connor Jackson while Lucas Cardiff-Bilodeau finished with 34-saves in the victory. Arnprior had their lone tally from Reid Bishop, while Mavric Welk made 42-saves in the losing effort.

 

Smiths Falls 4 Perth 3

Smiths Falls had a two-goal effort rom Jack Storie, singles from Timothy Bourne and Evan Nauth, while Warren Halpenny stood tall making 45-saves for the win. Perth had goals rom George Carson, Colby Hunter, and Lane Morency, while Evan Malherbe made 35-saves in the loss.

 

Athens 3 Embrun 1

Athens had two goals from Rhett Palmer and a single from Nate Curson, while Dustin Riff finished with 25-saves for the victory. Embrun had their lone goal from Liam Murdoch, while Cedric Nadon made 33-saves in the loss.

 

Carleton Place 4 Glengarry 2

Carleton Place received a hat-trick from William McCulligh and a single tally from Jake Begin, while Alex Beaulne made 25-saves for the win. Glengarry had goals from Nolan MacMillan and Derek Larocque, while Matthew Lyon made 23-saves in the loss.

 

Casselman 6 Winchester 1

Casselman had goals from Makail Poole-Fournier, Vincent Bastien, Edward Freytag, Ben Rochon, Nicolas Elie, and Mathieu Cloutier, while Dominic Amodeo made 18-saves for the victory. Winchester had their lone goal from Daniel McDowell, while Cole King made 45-saves in the loss.
