Ottawa, ON – The Casselman Vikings punched their ticket to the Martin Division Final Wednesday night, defeating the Winchester Hawks 5–2 to complete a four-game sweep in their Divisional Semi-Final series. Casselman controlled the matchup throughout the series, combining strong offensive depth with steady goaltending from Myles Boudreau to close out Winchester.

Casselman set the tone early, opening the scoring midway through the first period when Skyler Beks capitalized on the power play at 6:42. Jeremy Bessette and Alexis Lafrance combined on the setup.
The Vikings doubled their lead later in the period as Lafrance scored at 12:44, finishing a play from Téo Webb and Owen Mann.
Casselman continued to build momentum in the second period. Liam Rossiter extended the lead at 8:03 with help from Tristan Witmer and Mathieu Cloutier before Cédric Ouimet added another late in the frame off assists from Rossiter and Mann to make it 4–0.
Winchester finally broke through in the third period when Kaylen Connell scored at 8:22, finishing a play from Isaac Bradley and Kyler Leboutillier. The Hawks added another midway through the period as Jordan Elliott found the net with help from Asher Goldfarb.
Any comeback hopes were quickly put to rest when Tristan Witmer sealed the victory with an empty-net goal at 18:03.
Myles Boudreau made 35 saves in the win, while Jacob Turpin faced heavy pressure in the Winchester crease, stopping 65 of 69 shots.
With the victory, Casselman wins the series 4–0 and advances to the Martin Division Final.
