Morning Recap | Samson’s hat trick leads Char-Lan to victory against Brockville

Ottawa, Ontario – Originally, there were suppose to be three games on Saturday night, but two of the three games (Renfrew vs Whitewater & Westport vs Carleton Place) were postponed due to weather and road conditions. The two games will be rescheduled to a later date. The only match-up on Saturday was Brockville on the road against Char-Lan on Kent McDonell night at Williamstown, Ontario.

The Char-Lan Rebels captain Joseph Samson leads the way offensively by collecting his first hat trick of the season. He collected five points during the game. Noah Konink collected 1G / 3A for a four-point night. Fiacco and MacDonald also added two points.

The Rebels snap their two game losing and went 0-for-2 on the power play. Iwachniuk, Waldhauser and Molinaro also netted one goal for Char-Lan. Cole Jelly had a really good evening by tallying two goals and one assist in the Tikis loss. Flood and Toomey also picked up goals for Brockville.
