Ottawa, Ontario – The Ottawa Canadians were taking on Westport in a big time matchup on Tuesday night. On Wednesday, Brockville faced off against Perth inside the Brockville Memorial Centre.

Ottawa 6, Westport 2 (Tuesday)

There were a lot of penalties that were taken in the third but Ottawa was able to prevail and beat Westport in a huge match-up. Seguin (2 G / 1 A) and McGregor (1 G / 2 A) leads the way by collecting three points on the night while Noel de kemp had a big game by adding four assists. Antonio Silenu also extended his point streak to seven games with two assists.

Ottawa is now 3-3 in the month of November and are tied with Ottawa West and Embrun for second place in the Martin Division. Also they are one point back of Casselman for first place in the division. Arnold and Smith had goals for Westport in the loss. Ryan Whitehurst made 42 saves for his 9th win this season.

Brockville 4, Perth 1 (Wednesday)

Brayden Kelso was able to make 37 saves on 38 shots as the Tikis were able to win their second consecutive game. Marcus Arabe scores twice while Jackson Huot-Orellana was able to collect the game winner early in the third period.

Tyler Toomey also contributed offensively by tallying 1 G / 2 A. Toomey has his fourth three-point game of the season. Payton Jardine got a goal in his Blue Wings debut in the loss. Congratulations to AP’s Owen Hardy (Brockville U18) for playing his second game in the Tier 2 level and Matteo Disipio (Brockville U18) for making his debut in a Tikis uniform.
