Ottawa, ON – Five games across the EOJHL region Friday night saw victories from Athens, Casselman, Ottawa, Richmond, and Smiths Falls.

Athens 4 Perth 2

Alex McGlade scored a hat-trick, Wylie Dixon also found the back of the net, while Marshall Greig finished with a whopping 52-saves in the Athens victory. Perth had goals from Ethan Wooller and Hayden Letour, while Jackson Pundyk made 49-saves in the losing effort.

 

Casselman 6 Arnprior 3

Rylan Wolowicz, Nicolas Elie, Makail Poole-Fournier, Alexis Lafrance, Mathieu Cloutier, and Joshua Baker scored goals, while Colton Rheaume made 31-saves for the Casselman win. Arnprior had two goals from Cole Foley and a single from Ayden Childerhose, while Darcy Murphy finished with 35-saves in the loss.

 

Ottawa 5 Glengarry 1

Reid Greer scored twice, Toby Almstedt, Daniel Kyte, and Daniel Beauchemin also scored goals, while Derrick Champagne made 25-saves in the Ottawa victory. Glengarry had their lone tally from Connor MacDonald.

 

Richmond 2 Embrun 1 SO

Dylan Rorwick scored in regulation, Theo Avila scored a beautiful shootout winning goal, while Cole King made 36-saves in the Richmond win. Embrun had their lone goal from Xavier Boulanger, while Tristan Trudel finished with 25-saves in the losing effort.

 

Smiths Falls 2 Winchester 1

Smiths Falls had goals from Timothy Bourne and Aidan Conroy, while Warren Halpenny made 41-saves for the victory. Winchester had their lone goal from Vincent Dube, while Darryn Russell made 36-saves in the loss.
