Perth and Casselman win game one

Ottawa, Ontario – The Perth Blue Wings and Casselman Vikings took a 1-0 series lead with dominate wins on Sunday.

F | Perth 6, Brockville 0

Johnathan Peacock made 34-saves for his second career playoff shutout. The Blue Wings went 4-for-5 on the power-play, and outshot the Tikis 35-24. Jordan Currie scored twice, Shane Spencer had two apples and Ty Power and Nick Andre had 1G/1A in the victory.

Game two will be Wednesday March 6th in Brockville.

F | Casselman 5, Ottawa West 1

Frederick Gagnier scored two goals and one assist in a three-point game. The Vikings outshot the Golden Knights 41-27 and went 2-for-6 on the power-play. Casselman has now won nine straight playoff games against Ottawa West since the 2015-16 season.
