Ryan Whitehurst got a penalty 45 seconds in for tripping and then Trent Harris got the OT winner to tie the series at 1. Corey Symington (2 G / 1 A) and Nathan MacKechnie (3 A) would each collect three points in the win.

Perth would out-shot OJC 40-30 in four periods. Thomas Freel and Johnny Pickering had 1 G / 1 A for Ottawa. They went 2-for-5 on the power play while Perth went 1-for-4 on the man advantage. Game 3 goes Tonight inside the Earl Armstrong Arena.
