Ottawa, Ontario – The Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League has announced that the remainer of the regular season will resume play on February 1st 2022. On January 3rd, EOJHL was forced to paused their season because of the new COVID restrictions in Ontario.
All the Owners are committed to playing the rest of the regular season and throughout the playoffs to crown a champion after playoffs. Last year, the 2020-21 season was cancelled due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. All EOJHL players, coaches and support staff have all been double vaccinated to keep us safe as possible from COVID.
To start the new year, their will be a total of 21 games in the first week of February. It will start with Richmond on the road taking on the Ottawa Jr. Canadians and Carleton Place hosting Whitewater.
