Waterloo, Ontario (September 24, 2020) – HockeyTech and the Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League (EOJHL) announce a digital services partnership.

We’ve excited to be partnering with the EOJHL to deliver our digital solutions to their staff and fans,” stated HockeyTech CEO Stu Siegel. “We look forward to working with them for many years to come.”

HockeyTech has partnered with the EOJHL to provide the league with digital tools to improve analytics, league management and fan engagement through HockeyTech’s core services including LeagueStat scorekeeping, mobile apps, RinkNet scouting, web services and HockeyTV broadcasting.

LeagueStat provides the most advanced user-friendly back-end dashboard available in the sport. Used exclusively by the EOJHL, LeagueStat scorekeepers can track endless game statistics to provide the most advanced live game stats of any system on the market. The LeagueStat platform can be accessed via secure online portal that displays information in real-time, providing fully customizable integration into league/team/officials administration, and EOJHL related websites and mobile applications.

In addition to scoring and stats services, all EOJHL regular season games are streamed live and on demand on HockeyTV, a service of HockeyTech.

“The Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League is excited to partner with HockeyTech and take advantage of its inclusive tools such as RinknetLeagueStat, and HockeyTV. With the addition of our new team and league website homes, we look forward to the continued progression of our digital platforms that HockeyTech provides,” said EOJHL Commissioner Sean Marcellus.

Formerly known as the CCHL2, the league has rebranded itself as the EOJHL beginning with the 2020-2021 season. For the past five seasons the CCHL2 has evolved into a top developmental league for the CCHL and levels above. The EOJHL has set a tentative December 1, 2020 start to the 2020-2021 season.
