Ottawa, Ontario – The Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League is proud to announced that Roger Chapman from the Richmond Royals has been named 2022-23 General Manager of the Year.

Chapman, got Richmond into the playoffs for the first time since the 2016-17 season when they made it to the EOJHL (CCHL2) finals. Last season, Richmond was 8th in the Martin Division and 15th in the league with only 12 wins. This year has been a season to remember for Roger Chapman.
