Ottawa, Ontario – The Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League is proud to announce that Perth Blue Wings forwards Travis Ouellette is the award recipient for Rookie of the Year.
Ouellette, 18, had an amazing first season with the Perth Blue Wings after spending two seasons in U18 Brockville. The Winchester, Ontario native had 34 goals, to go along with 40 assists and 74 points in all 42 games.
He was tied for seventh in points in the league, 8th in assists and 7th in goals. He was also first in goals and points in rookie scoring and second among skaters with assists. Congratulations Travis on the award.
