Ottawa, ON – Three games were on tap during a quiet Saturday night. Whitewater, Westport and Ottawa ended with victories before the holiday break begins.

F | Whitewater 8, Arnprior 2

It’s the second time that the Kings have blown out a team with a positive record this season. John Enright, Kiefer Levasseur and Alec Lindecker each tallied two goals. Shiman and Cybulski each registered three helpers.

Jardine and Nicholson were the only goal scorers for the Packers. Kings out-shot Packers 44-26. Whitewater snaps their five-game slide.

F | Westport 5, Athens 3

Always a big rivalry when these two teams face off. Westport had the lead for most of this game. Kettyle and Hogan each collect 1G / 1A. Griffin made 41 saves on 44 shots in his sixth victory this year.

Tyler Stockman had 1G / 1A for Athens. Westport ends the first half with a two game winning streak and an overall record of 15-9-3.

F | Ottawa 4, Char-Lan 3

The Rebels tried to mount a comeback down 4-1 but ended up on the losing side. McGuire and Pickard each had three helpers while Murphy technically scored the GWG after he got his team by three early in the third period.

Ryan Reifler collects 1G / 1A in the Rebels loss. The Canadians end their first half 27-2-1 and have 14 games left on the year. Char-Lan ends the month with a 3-4 record.
