Perth wins in OT and Kings snap 10-game skid,

Ottawa, Ontario – On Sunday, Dylan Sharpley scored the overtime winner for the Perth Blue Wings, giving them their 12 victory of the season and the Whitewater Kings snapped their 10-game losing streak.

Dylan Sharpley netted his sixth of the season, scoring the game-winning-goal with 0.9 left on the clock. Perth captures their 12th win of the season and are now two-points behind the Westport Rideaus for first in the Richardson Division.

For Athens, Mitchell Rukavina made 59 saves on 62 shots, setting the CCHL2 season-high for saves made in a game. He has now had to made 50 or more saves in two of his last four starts.

F | Whitewater 6, Winchester 3

Tommy Cahill scored a career-high four-points (2G/2A) in the Whitewater Kings fourth win of the season. Kevin Proulx allowed three-goals on 42 shots, helping the Kings snap their 10-game losing streak.

In the loss, Pare scored his 11th, giving him points in 9 of his last 11 games. The Hawks are now 5-and-3 in November.
