Ottawa, Ontario – There were a total of six games between Thursday November 10th to Friday November 11th in the EOJHL.

Thursday: 

Ottawa West 3, Richmond 2

The Golden Knights snapped Richmond’s six game losing with a close victory. Sean Ireland scores twice for eight goals this season and extends his point streak to 12 games. Logan Bohm’s third of the season turns out to be the game winner on a highlight reel goal. Jordan provost made 21 saves in the win.

Jaidon Genereux and Robbie Disilvestro had goals for Richmond. Tyler Cutts contributed with two assists. Mavric Welk made 25 saves in his Richmond Royals debut and added one assist. Shots were 28-23 for ottawa West.

Ottawa 4, Casselman 3

After coming off a loss to Char-Lan on Tuesday night, the Ottawa Jr. Canadians collect their second win over Casselman this season. Luke Going scores twice including the game winner while Freshette and Kyte each collect one goal. Daniel Kyte has two goals and two assists in two games with OJC this season. Felix Schnell made 44 saves for his sixth win this season.

Cook, Cloutier and Fontaine were the goal scorers in the Casselman loss. Mael Gendron made 24 saves. Casselman outshot Ottawa 47-28. OJC goes 1-for-6 on the power play.

Smiths Falls 9, Whitewater 1

The Smiths Falls Jr. Bears were able to score five goals in the first and never looked back. Tyson Parker (2G / 2A) and Jack Paquette (4A) each collect four points while Anthony Uberti and Kenny Lundren scores twice. Jack Chiarello added three assists and Carter Williamson tallied 1G / 2A. Sicoli had two assists. Correia and Wilson had the other goals. Saari made 22 saves in the win.

Ben Herter made 24 saves in the Whitewater loss. Shots were 35-23 for Smiths Falls.

Friday: 

Arnprior 6, Brockville 3

The Packers were able to continue their winning ways. Nolan Mcgregor collects a hat trick for four points and Klawitter had four assists. The other goal scorers were Bertrand, Verch and Robillard. Coleman added two assists. Jaden Cholette continues to stay unbeaten by collecting his seventh win this season and had 32 saves.

Matthew Stringer had both Tikis power play goals and Grajnar Ptok had his sixth of the year in the loss. Dustin Riff made 35 saves in the loss. Shots were 41-35 for Arnprior.

Whitewater 8, Valley 7

It was wild game between these two teams as they combined for 10 goals in the first period, but Whitewater was able to get the win. Hunter Robitaille and Andrew Dawe each had their first goal this season. Lynch and Facchini each collect two points while Ryan McNally had three points. Herrick, Kostanias, Rivard and Lavineway were the other goal scorers for Whitewater. Isaac Wilson made 41 saves in the win.

Smith and Fabian each collect 1G / 1A while Ebrahim, Jackson, Shulist, Hirji and Ladouceur had all of Valley’s goals. Smiths and Hirji each had their first goal of the year. The Kings go 1-for-4 on the power play while Valley was 0-for-4. Shots were 48-47 for Valley.

Embrun 4, Winchester 3

Embrun was able to survive Winchester’s comeback as they pick up the win. Riley macDonald scores twice for three points including the game winner. Liam Murdoch also had three points with 1G / 2A and Riley Findlater had 1G / 1A. Charlie belanger added two assists. Aidan Foley made 39 saves in the win. Embrun goes 3-for-8 on the power play while Winchester was 2-for-8.

Kostrzewa, Kyle Filion and Labrosse each collect one goal in the third period. Dusablon made 29 saves. Shots were 42-33 for Winchester.
