Ottawa, Ontario – The Whitewater Kings announced today that they have relieved Daryl Faught of his coaching duties and have named Tony Iob the second Head Coach in franchise history.
Tony Iob has taken over the role of Head Coach. Tony comes with a wealth of coaching experience in both the CCHL2 and CCHL. We would also like to thank Daryl Faught for his services over the past year and a half in the start up of the team. @olympicedge17 @CCHLTier2

Iob, 47, joins the Whitewater Kings after spending part of last season as the Navan Grads (CCHL Tier 1) Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations. The Renfrew, Ontario native has lots of coaching experience in the CCHL, having coached the Arnprior Packers (2016-17), Kanata Lasers (2015-16) and Renfrew Timberwolves (2012-14) of the EOJHL.
Prior to his coaching career, Iob played in the EOJHL (now CCHL2), and Pembroke Lumber Kings of the CCHL in the late 80’s. He was drafted to the NHL by the Buffalo Sabers in 1991 and went on to play 17 professional seasons.
