Ottawa, ON – The only game in the CCHL Tier 2 took place at the Earl Armstrong Arena when the Ottawa Canadians defeated the Carleton Place Jr Canadians.

With the game tied 2-2, Robbie Pickard netted the go-ahead goal early in the third. Seguin would add insurance in the late portions in regulation. He collected 1G / 2A in a three-point performance. De Kamp and Freel had the first two goals.

Sullivan and Browne each had one goal for Carleton Place in the loss. They snap their two-game winning streak. OJC outshot them 37-18.
