Ottawa 3, Embrun 1

The Ottawa Canadians are off to a 14-0 start after winning in a close contest. Noel Moses de Kamp led the way with 1G / 1A and Freel would eventually score the GWG in the second period. He extends his point streak to two games.

Alex Rossides would tally the only goal back in the first period for Embrun in their 10th loss. They are now 2-10-1 in their first 13 games.

Arnprior 4, Renfrew 2

The Packers scored three unanswered goals and never looked back. Joel Discoll leads the way with a hat trick while Ty power had helpers on three of the four goals scored. Bones collected the other goal back in the first period.

Fleming and Cuddy each tallied one goal in loss for Renfrew. Arnprior took the shot category 34-28. Packers go to 8-2-2 to start the year.

Brockville 6, Athens 5

This game was a high scoring affair but in the end the Tikis would have the better edge. Paul Fine-Lease had 2G / 1A plus the leading goal after the game was tied 4-4 in the second period. Jacob Boucha collected 1G / 1A and Hunter, Dittmer and Toomey would each had two assists.

McKenney put up 1G / 2A in three-point performance in Athens loss. Berry and Gilmour would each tally two points. Brockville outshot Athens 26-21. Tikis have now won three straight games.
