Week 17 Stars of the Week

Ottawa,  Ontario – The Central Canada Hockey League Tier 2 is proud to announce it’s Week 17 Stars of the Week.

1st Star: ’98 F Dylan Stacey (Alexandria Glens)

Stacey, 20, scored a season-high five points (2G/3A) in a 9-5 win over the Char-Lan Rebels on Friday. He now has nine points (4G/5A) over his last four games after going three previous games without a single point. The Kahnawake, Quebec native has totaled 16 goals and 33 points in 28 games this season.

2nd Star: ’00 F Quinn Vanhoof (Whitewater Kings)

Vanhoof, 18, netted three goals and three assists in three games, as the Kings went 1-2 last week. He is riding a four game point-streak heading into this week, with three goals and six assists during that time. The Petawawa, Ontario native has 16 goals and 30 points 26 games this season.

3rd Star: ’99 F Adam Church (Arnprior Packers)

Church, 19, finished the week with three goals in two games, including two game-winning-goals in Packers wins over Renfrew and Whitewater. The Pakenham, Ontario native has seven goals and 10 points in nine games with Arnprior.

HM: ’00 F Paul Fine-Lease (Brockville Tikis)
Fine-Lease, 18, had five assists in two games last week, helping the Tikis to a 2-0 record. The Plattsburgh, New York native has points in 10 of his last 11 games and leads the team in points with 37 this season.
