Week 4 CCHL2 Stars of the Week

1st Star: D Robbie Pickard (Ottawa Jr. Canadians)

Pickard collected two goals, four assists in two games against Richmond this week. He now leads all defensemen scoring category’s  with 8 goals, 18 assists 26 points in 13 games. The Ottawa, Ontario native now has a six-game point streak tallying 3 goals, 12 assists and 15 points during that time.

2nd Star: F Dylan Stacey (Alexandria Glens)

Stacey lead his team to two victories over Whitewater and Westport in three games this week. He scored three goals, three assists and six points this week. The Kahnawake, Quebec native now has 4 goals, 6 assists in his first 10 games and has a four game point streak with 4 goals, 4 assists and 8 points in that stretch.

3rd Star: G Grant Craig (Char-Lan Rebels)

Craig was only in net on October 21st against Ottawa West and picked up 25 saves for his first shutout of the season. His last shutout came on January 21st, 2017 against Alexandria in a 4-0 win which was also a 25 save shutout. The Cornwall, Ontario native is off to a hot start with a 4-1 record, 3.87 G.A.A. and .907 SV%.

Honorable Mention: F Jake Code (Carleton Place Jr. Canadians)

Code played three games and was able to lead CP to two victories against Ottawa West and Winchester. He netted two goals, two assists during the week. The Elmira, Ontario native is tied for second in points with 15 and tied for first in goals with ten among rookies.
