Saturday November 17th (six-games)

Ottawa West 4, Casselman 2

This was the second of four meetings this season. Both teams were playing short because of injuries. Marshall, Stratis, Haw and Jamer would each collect goals in the win. It’s the Golden Knights first win against Casselman since November 17th, 2017… Exactly one year ago to the date.

Cossette and Péladeau had the Vikings goals and Campbell made 28 saves. Bown made 31 saves on 33 shots in the win.

Brockville 5, Whitewater 2

Tikis have now won two straight games. Ryan Glazer and Ryan Hunter each collected two goals in the win. Kyle Gionet recorded his first Tier 2 goal in the third. Fine-Lease and Toomey would each tally two assists.

Shiman and Barber collect one goal in Kings loss. Brockville outshot them 34-21.

Ottawa 10, Athens 3

It’s the third game this season that the Ottawa Canadians score 10 goals in a game. Housakos leads the charge with 4G / 1A, ending the week with 6 goals, 2 assists. Lacroix (2G / 2A) and Freel (4A) both had four-point efforts.

McAtamney had 1G / 1A in Athens loss. The Canadians have now won six straight contests.

Perth 4, Alexandria 1

The Blue Wings would snap their two-game losing streak with a win. McKay (1G / 1A), Symington (1G / 1A) and Spencer (2A) would all pick up two-point performances. Darien Johnson made 27 saves in his first win in a Blue Wings uniform.

Mikael Gibeault had the only tally for Alexandria. The Glens have now lost four straight games.

Embrun 3, Carleton Place 1

Despite Carleton Place out-shoting them 34-23, Embrun came out on top in the last nine minutes of regulation with two goals from Jeremy Cyr. He now has three goals this season.

Lamont had the first tally back in the first period. Spencer Marshall collects one goal for Carleton Place. They snap their two-game winning streak.

Winchester 4, Renfrew 2

Miguel Pare was the hero scoring two goals. He scored the GWG with little time left in the second period. He leads the Hawks with 10 goals, 10 assists, 20 points this season. DeRepentigny and Maisonneuve also had tally markers for Winchester.

McIntyre and Marinic each had one goal for Renfrew. Brent Pledge-Dickson made 50 saves on 52 shots in his fifth win this year.

Sunday November 18th (two-games)

Westport 4, Embrun 3

Michael Anson extended his point-streak to six-games with the overtime winner, giving Westport their second straight win and fourth victory this month. Michael Armstrong was also strong offensively – scoring the tying goal late in the third and finishing the game with 1G/2A.

Embrun had a 3-1 lead after one and a 3-2 lead after two periods but could not hold on. Joshua Ivanski made a career-high 52 saves on 56 shots in the loss.

Richmond 5, Arnprior 0

Eric Tessier recorded his first shutout of the season and third of his career, making 38 saves in the Royals win. Richmond snaps their five-game losing streak. Ryan Bonfield netted 1G/2A for his seventh multi-point effort of the season. Ethan Vaslet’s two goals was also a career-high.

Arnprior has now been shutout in back-to-back games. They’ve dropped four straight games.
