Ottawa, Ontario – Four games were happening between Tuesday to Thursday with Ottawa West playing OJC, Arnprior on the road against Brockville, Ottawa West hosted Embrun and Ottawa was up against Casselman.

Tuesday: Ottawa West 5, Ottawa 2

The Golden Knights were able to extend their winning streak to 14 games by picking up their 15th win this season. Max Bush leads the way with two goals and three points. Jack Haymes would score late in the second to give the Golden knights the lead. It would turn up to be the game winner. Jared Brush and Nicholas McFarlane were the other goal scorers for Ottawa West.

Jayden Baptiste and Liam Kelleher were the other goal scorers for OJC in the loss. Jordan Provost made 24 saves for his 10th consecutive victory while Connor Baillie made 50 saves. Shots were 55-26 in favour of Ottawa West.

Wednesday: Brockville 2, Arnprior 1

The Brockville Tikis snapped their six game losing on Wednesday by defeating Arnprior. Tamirlan Kassengaliyev would score the opening goal in the second period which turned out to be the game winner. Vincent Busseau extended Brockville’s leads with under four minutes left in regulation. Philip Rondina made 27 saves in the win.

A.J. Anas would score his first goal of the season with five seconds left, but it was too little too late. Jett Miller also had a good effort in net by saving 24 shots. Both teams went 0-for-2 on the power play and Arnprior outshot Brockville 28-26.

Thursday: Embrun 4, Ottawa West 0

Aidan Foley made 39 saves for his second shutout of the season. The depth scoring came into play in this game for Embrun. Isaac Leduc would score the game winner back in the first period and has eight goals on the campaign. Ryley Flaig would score his first EOJHL goal while Gregoire and Beaudoin were the goal scorers in the third. Embrun went 1-for-4 on the power play.

The Golden Knights snap their 14 game winning streak and have been shutout for the second time this season. The last time Ottawa West was shutout by an opponent was against Richmond in early October. Jordan Provost made 25 saves as he snapped his 10 game winning streak in between the pipes. Shots were 39-29 for Ottawa West.

Thursday: Ottawa 4, Casselman 3 (OT)

Ottawa was able to pull it off by defeating Casselmn in OT with Liam Kelleher scoring the game winner and has goals in back-to-back games. He also extended his point streak to three games. Noel de Kemp snaps his five game pointless drought by scoring twice. Gabriel Yorke was the other goal scorer for OJC. Connor Baillie made 35 saves in the win.

Will Vaillancourt had a tough start by allowing three goals on nine goals and got pulled with 10:20 left in the first. Zachari Racine was able to stop 26 shots in between the pipes. Jacob Dyer scores twice and Xavier Borigia collected his 6th goal this season. Shots were 38-36 for Casselman.
