Ottawa, Ontario – The Eastern Ontario Junior Hockey League is proud to announced that Norm Racine of the Carleton Place Jr. Canadians, has been named the 2021-22 GM of the Year.
“Norm has been an incredible person to lean on throughout this first year of transition into owning CP. His years of experience were valuable and his ability to share my vision of culture and have it resonate with our group was imperative to the success of our team. I am lucky to have a man like Norm leading our Jr B program.” said Brent Sullivan, owner of the Carleton Place Canadians.
