Weekend Recap | Two games

Ottawa, ON – Saturday night saw three games postponed and that will be rescheduled to later dates (Perth vs Whitewater, Westport vs Char-Lan and Athens vs Carleton Place). It was the same on Sunday, which all three games (Winchester vs Richmond, Perth vs Casselman and Embrun vs Whitewater) got cancelled because of weather conditions.

Brockville vs Renfrew game got rescheduled to February 1st after Whitewater decided to go on the road to take on Renfrew. This was right after Perth vs Whitewater’s matchup got called and the Tikis game got rescheduled because of weather conditions. The only games happening were Embrun vs Alexandria and Whitewater vs Renfrew on Saturday night.

Andrew McIntyre collected his second six-point performance on the season after scoring a hat trick and three helpers. Luka Marinic had 2 G / 2 A in a four-point night. Richardson would also register three assists.

The Timberwolves extend their winning streak to three games. They are 4-2 in January. Campitelli, Dellaire and Enright each had 1 G / 1 A for the Kings. Whitewater has lost three consecutive games.

The Glens scored four unanswered goals in the first frame to put the game out of site. Mathieu Parent (1 G / 1 A) and Dylan Stacey (2 A) each had multi-point nights. Lochlan MacDonald would pick up his first game winning goal of his CCHL2 career.

16 of the 18 Glens players each recorded one point that night. Alexandria has won four consecutive games every since losing their first two games of 2019. Alex Rossides collects the only goal for Embrun. The Panthers losing streak extends to four games
